A single origin espresso (S.O.E.) from Belux Coffee Roasters. The roast level is full city - consider it as light French Roast; darker than our other medium dark roast Jumping Lapin. It gives you the darker coffee taste, lightly bitter but clean and medium body. That is the beauty of single origin espresso vs. blend. Aside of brewing as espresso, you can use drip/pourover method too. When we taste this coffee in espresso, the bright stawberry note suprise us with a clean dark chocolate finish. We encourage you to take a sip before adding milk or sugar!
