From Colombia famous coffee estate "Cafe Granja La Esperanza" who specialize in the production and commercialization of specialty coffee varieties. This Coffee Cherry Tea is the skin and mucilage of Geisha Coffee which is known for its outstanding floral, fruity and tealike notes. The coffee cherry went though 36 hours of fermentation before continue in the process of drying, then stabilized in storage before mill process. Tasting notes are dried plum, dates, honey and floral.
Suggested Brewing Instructions: 10 gram of Cascara Tea for 200g of 95 C hot water. Steep for 5-10 minutes and it's ready to drink. Enjoy hot or cold.
