When brewing coffee, there are 6 elements we need to consider. In this tasting event, we will focus on coffee grind size, water temperature, turbulence, and coffee to water ratio. Those elements affect coffee extraction. We will demo 3 iced pour-over coffees using Hario Switch Dripper and one hot brew coffee for the comparison. After you understand the tips, then you can easily brew coffee (hot or iced) at home. We will use Belux modified tasting form and flavor wheel to guide everyone through the flavors.
