Pine Hill farm is located in southwest of Dalat, perched on a hillside at 1,550 meters above sea level, nestled against pine forests and facing south. The rainy season runs from May to September, with the harvest period beginning in late December and continuing through the Lunar New Year. Dalat’s cool climate and volcanic soil create ideal conditions for cultivating high-quality Arabica.
The Catimor variety—born from Arabica and Robusta—naturally delivers a rich, syrupy body reminiscent of maple syrup, with notes of peach, raisin, black tea, and caramel on the finish. These beans shine as a medium-dark roast espresso, offering a smooth, sweet, and full-bodied cup.
